Ministerial Assistance is an identity‑anchored, guided support system that helps believers form, strengthen, sustain their mentorship, growth, and provide practical tools. This effort operates through focused relational guidance and the formation small focused groups for training or fellowship (i.e HearthFellowships).

We help our members discern their relationships with the concept that meeting others with identity in Christ, aligning resources, association with other localized efforts like FlashPoint Army Chapters, will always clarify callings, and build structures, systems, and resources that allow them to flourish.
