The Formation Center is a gateway, not an information kiosk. It exists to cultivate innovation within belief — demonstrating that there is something or someone called an “Advisor.” Advisors are shaped by coherent interpretive knowledge and wisdom rather than ad‑hoc skills or disconnected techniques.

Its belief‑orientation is explicit: Advisors are not mere data collectors. They interpret meaning, construct foundations, and design outcomes. Formation is lived, not theoretical, and the Center gives members a clear sense of how Advisors become who they are — formed by conviction, refined through practice, and sustained by purpose.

From a biblical sense, there are many references which can be included as examples. Some were priests, others prophets. King David had multiple counselors or those titled wise-men as counselors. In the New Testament there were either recognized groups like the Magi or individuals who performed actions that define Advisors – those that give guidance, speak discernment, provide a reference to wisdom, and promote a strong relationship to the Lord.

They become a belief oriented level of help – offering practical assistance centered on a calling which relies on intercession from a Watchman’s perspective, an observer with a link to the prophetic, the ability to research as their gifts support, but someone who can be a sharpening instrument (Proverbs 27:17).

Names throughout scripture that illustrate this include Joseph where leadership talents were included, Barack (Judges) as the assistant to Deborah. As mentioned before King David has many. The Old Testament includes Daniel and Mordecai. Yet surprisingly in the New Testament the inquisitive nature of Nicodemus is a hint as well as Luke.

There are dual engines in the Advisory’s ecosystem. Advisors work specifically with Interpretive Architecture. The Administrative Domain (specifically KeyStone) houses the Initiative System Architecture Center, where the Initiative’s technical/system architecture is formally expressed and maintained. The Advisory Domain houses the Advisory Interpretive Architecture (maintained in the Advisory Formation Center), where belief‑oriented concepts shape the Advisor’s interpretive posture and the lived Advisory Journey.

The formation of an Advisor, the aspect of using belief oriented analysis, apply interpretive architecture, and execute Research – Analysis – Presentation – Technical – Architecture (RAPTA) workflow into endeavors which rely Advisor participation. Advisor cannot be limited in separating how belief oriented analysis, interpretive architecture, and RAPTA as a workflow. Only through the entire process, would the Advisor be able illustrate how all three aspects can be employed.

The Advisory Formation Environment is the governing definition for Advisory’s container taxonomy, boundary logic, and meaning, and from which all other Advisory based elements originate. Containers are part of three constructional types – Environment, Center, and System. Definitions can be found in the Advisory Repository Center (ARC). This offering will concentrated on this specific discipline.
