Advisory Workflow Models

Workflow Background
Workflow models provide the clear, structured pathways that guide how people move through learning, development, and meaningful action. They break complex processes into understandable stages, helping participants see where they are, what comes next, and how each step connects to a larger purpose. Primary workflows establish the core architecture, secondary workflows translate that architecture into practiced rhythms, and ancillary workflows support the system by keeping communication, coordination, and resources flowing. Together, these models create a dependable, easy‑to‑follow framework that brings clarity, consistency, and momentum to every part of the ecosystem.
There and Back Advisory designs and develops all workflow components used by the Initiative.
Primary Workflows
Primary workflows establish the core structure that everything else in the ecosystem depends on. They define the standards, sequence, language, and governing logic that give an initiative its clarity and direction. A primary workflow doesn’t rely on any other workflow to function — it is the architectural engine that sets the foundation. In public terms, primary workflows are the systems that create order: they articulate how things work, why they work that way, and what every downstream process must align with to stay coherent and trustworthy.
- REVELATION – INTERPRETIVE – CREATIVITY – ALIGNMENT – DIRECTION (RICAD) – is the primary Workflow component for LifeLong. RICAD is about finding meaning, insight, vision and directiobuidn. The operating question is “What does this mean, and why does it matter a, and wear is it going?”
- RESEARCH – ANALYSIS – PRESENTATION – TECHNICAL – ARCHITECTURE (RAPTA) – is the foundational, analytical, structural engine that governs HearthStone offerings. RAPTA also supports some aspects of LifeLong as needed. RAPTA operating question is “How do we build this so it stands, works and lasts?”
If we look at the different in their goals, the to primary workflow engines form robust abilities to understand Vision + Foundation as they work at a compatible level. RAPTA builds the structure, RICAD shapes the understanding. RICAD forms the person, RAPTA forms the system framework. RAPTA stabilizes, RICAD illuminates.
Ancillary Workflows
Ancillary workflows are the supportive pathways that keep an ecosystem’s core operations fluid and connected. They translate the logic of primary and secondary workflows into practical coordination — managing documentation, communication, and resource flow so that every initiative remains responsive and aligned. In the public sphere, they appear as the quiet systems that make collaboration visible: linking advisory, creative, and operational teams, ensuring that insight becomes action, and that every process reflects the integrity of the larger framework. Ancillary workflows don’t replace the main architecture; they sustain it — turning structure into movement and vision into continuity.
