If KCMS is the constitution, BCMS is the framework that interprets and applies it to people. BCMS answers:

- Where are they in their formation?
- What is their identity, alignment, and pathway?
- How do they grow, belong, and contribute?
BCMS takes the constitutional forces of KCMS and turns them into:
- identity models
- formation pathways
- relational honor structures
- belonging tiers
- stewardship levels
BCMS is the individual-facing expression of KCMS.
