From this vantage, the Ridge establishes the Advisor’s posture for all future stewardship, forming the stable beginning point from which their guidance, discernment, and restorative work flow.

Advisors assist – they serve. They are here to support. They are here to help. Since Joseph told his father, Jacob, “Here am I.” (Genesis 37:13), the actions of Advisors start. They help, they assist, yet they stay true. They do not look to their own self-promotion and status. They look to the mission, the task at hand.

The Advisor’s Ridge is the established as high ground – where an Advisor’s identity, and interpretive environment are formally discerned. It is not a metaphorical space but a defined orientation point — the place where an Advisor stands to receive clarity about who they are, what they carry, and how they are to see. The Ridge functions as the Advisor’s environment of responsibility, shaping the posture from which all guidance flows.
Purpose of the Ridge
The Ridge exists to anchor the Advisor in the three governing pillars: Identity, Direction, and Interpretive Focus. Identity here is not self‑constructed; it is aligned, affirmed, and anchored in the work of restoration the Advisor is entrusted to carry.
Directional Entrustment
The Ridge is the place where Direction is received — the entrusted bearing that defines how an Advisor moves and leads. Direction is not a preference or a strategy; it is a responsibility. From the Ridge, the Advisor learns the path they are meant to carry, the horizon they must keep, and the orientation they must maintain for those they guide.
