Application Administration refers to the management, maintenance, and optimization of software applications used within our partners who request assistance.  The role is to ensure business-critical systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently separating roles from business proponents or development staff.  This area of the technical responsibility of a business group or any participant with systems is often overlooked as costs are paramount over providing customer care .

  • Installation & Configuration: Set up software applications, configure settings, and integrate with existing systems.

  • User Support: Troubleshoot issues, respond to user inquiries, and train staff on application features.
  • Access Management: Control user permissions, onboard/off-board users, and ensure data integrity.
  • Customization & Optimization: Tailor applications to meet business needs, write scripts or custom code, and improve workflows.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track usage patterns, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics
  • Familiarity with the applications managed by an organization allows administrators to respond to requests for assistance.
  • Introduces problem solving at the right level in order to maintain consistency.
  • Communication process support organizations and user to broadcast application events.  Developing communication formats, managing FAQ sets, and overall general user information.
  • Security Awareness – follows security protocol relieving technical reliance.
